Treatment of CRF
People with CKD often have risk factors for heart disease, such as hyperlipidemia. The most common cause of death in people with CKD is therefore cardiovascular disease rather than renal failure. Aggressive treatment of hyperlipidemia is warranted.
2. Control of blood pressure with ACEIs or ARBs.
3. Replacement of erythropoietin and calcitrol.
4. Administration of parenteral iron.
5. Phosphate binders.
6. Renal Replacement Therapy (RRT).
7. Renal transplant

Treatment of ESRD
End-stage renal disease treatment may include:
Kidney transplant
Dialysis
Supportive care
Kidney Transplant: A kidney transplant is a surgical procedure to place a healthy kidney a healthy from a liver or decreased donor into a person , person whose kidneys no longer function properly. A kidney transplant is often the treatment of choice for end-stage renal disease, compared with a lifetime on dialysis.
2nd dialysis
Dialysis: Dialysis does some of the work of kidneys when kidneys can’t do it themselves. This includes removing extra fluids and waste products from blood, restoring electrolyte levels and helping control blood pressure. Dialysis options include peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis.
Peritoneal Dialysis: During peritoneal dialysis, blood vessels in abdominal lining (peritoneum) fill in for kidneys with the help of a fluid that washes in and out of the peritoneal space
Hemodialysis: During hemodialysis, a machine does some of the work of the kidneys by filtering harmful wastes, salts and fluid from blood. Hemodialysis may be done at a hospital or in a dialysis center. For dialysis to be successful, patient may need to make lifestyle changes, such as following certain dietary recommendations
3. supportive Care: With supportive care, symptoms are managed so that patient feel better. Patient may choose supportive care alone or combine it with other treatment options. Without either dialysis or a transplant, kidney failure progresses, eventually leading to death. In some people, the disease progresses slowly over months and years, while in others the disease progresses quickly.
