2Ml heparin diluted in 2 ml Ns= total 4ml flush 1.3 ml in Venus 🔵 line & 1.2 ml arterial line ♥️

. Plz use tegadem don’t use Dinoplaster.

AVF. 1.5 ml heparin diluted in 3 ml NS. flush 1.3 ml in veins 1.2 ml in arterial lines. wait check properly.
